Our Maintenance Program is designed to protect the weight you have lost and continue the momentum into the maintenance phase. Special classes are designed to address issues surrounding your reintroduction into the world of food.
COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (1 year) 8 Individual (30 min) visits with a Dietitian over a one year period One body composition analysis monthly Maintenance classes (Offered the first and third weeks of each month) Mondays: 12:00-1:00pm Tuesdays: 6:00-7:00pm |
