"Let me introduce myself. I am currently a patient at your Aesthetic Medicine office in Tigard undergoing lipo and laser treatments. 
Please accept my congratulations for having such a truly professional and competent operation. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with your staff and the care which I have received thus far. I must admit that I had my mole doubts about entering into the feminine domain of cosmetic surgery/care and the general world of aesthetic medicine. What pleasant surprise when I walked in Aesthetic Medicine's office and was immediately put at ease by the friendly attitude of everyone with whom I encountered and interacted. Also, last week I began laser treatments with the technician who again turned out to be extremely competent and knowledgeable for one so young. And, last but not least, the consultant who conducted my initial interview. I commend them all!
